Helpful and polite staff, clean and spacious rooms with a walk-in shower. Convenient location near the airport, in a quiet area. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable in a well-maintained dining area. Highly recommended!

We stayed at a hotel near the airport, which was very convenient for our family with 2 small children. The location was great, with buses right outside the hotel that took us to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and sheets provided daily. The staff was friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to return a forgotten mobile phone. The wifi was reliable and the breakfast was good.
The hotel lacked a small bar and dining area, so we had to leave for evening meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and obliging, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out times were reasonable, allowing us to make the most of our stay. The hotel's location, close to the airport, was extremely convenient for us as we arrived late into Santander. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a central area, with shops and bars right next door. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. The staff also provided helpful recommendations for local amenities and restaurants, ensuring we had a great experience.
Hard to think of anything negative about our stay.
